Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Archive 400. If it's not perfect, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

How to Start a Return

1. Email studio@yvarchive.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided label
4. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the colorway you'd like.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at studio@yvarchive.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
